For most embroidery lovers, applying a good stabilizer is a vital key to a good embroidery design. Taking this into consideration, New brothread has been trying to provide premium sticky / self-adhesive tear away stabilizers for delicate fabrics.

The self-adhesive tear away embroidery stabilizer makes it possible to embroider on fabrics that are hard to be hooped. It is an ideal choice for those hard-to-hoop items like bulky towels, cuffs, collars, socks, doll clothes, edges, caps, backpacks, napkin corners, and pockets. It can also help avoid hoop marks from napped fabrics, keeping them tidy and smooth.

To avoid the needle from getting gummed up, we recommend: 1. Slowing down the stitch speed to 400spm, as high speed generates more heat and can melt the glue. 2. Rubbing the needle with Sewer Aid, a lubricant to reduce friction. 3. Using the Organ HAX1 12PD anti-glue needle. 4. Cleaning the needle with alcohol. 5. Following the correct steps to use the sticky embroidery stabilizer.

Our sticky tear away embroidery stabilizer is medium weight (1.8 oz/50 grams) and suitable for light to medium stitch density. For denser designs or unstable fabrics, you can "float" a square of our normal Tearaway stabilizer between the hoop and the machine bed to provide additional support.

The material is 100% first-class polyester, acid and lead-free, ensuring a skin-friendly experience even when used on clothing that touches the skin.
